Visual ADR (MT4 + MT5)

Huge thanks to my freind from forexfactory for the initial idea

This is a nice tool that can be integrated into visualizing the Levels in an ADR based format.

This simple tool can be used to spot the trades that come out of 1xADR move such as this safety trade that happened this week on usdcad. (obviousely stalkboard is the much easier way as you can spot the 1xADR for all pairs at once)

There were some problems with objects not being deleted from older versions. This has been fixed in this release. + The initial release for MT5 is also included within this.
